Job Description
Entity Management Training and Support Specialist
London, UK (Hybrid 3 days per week onsite)
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
As an EM Training and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service for CSC's top corporate and law firm clients through maintaining the accuracy of their entity records. The Customer Acquisitions and Entity Management Centralization Team works closely with multiple of CSC's business areas to meet our customers' compliance needs and enhance their ability to maximize the Entity Management platform. Our commitment to build genuine relationships and support both our external and internal customers plays an integral role in retaining revenue for the enterprise and allowing clients to better focus their attention on running their businesses.
Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Ensure the accuracy of our Company Records and Entity Management database through processing update requests received internally or directly from a client
  • Develop and maintain client relationships built on trust and quality of work, keeping the entity portfolios of CSC's major corporate of law firm clients in compliance
  • Serve as an expert in the Entity Management Platform through facilitating on-the-spot training and demonstrations
  • Lead and facilitate data conversion and document projects from beginning to end for our clients
  • Be knowledgeable across many service areas within CSC
  • Work with Strategic Account Managers (SAM) and leader to communicate and resolve any client issues encountered
  • Coordinate with clients to host Entity Management training and data review calls


What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • 5+ years of Customer Service experience is preferable, yet not required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Agility to shift focus based on the needs of the business
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience utilizing the Salesforce CRM platform is a plus
  • Ability to use chat technology to correspond with clients
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and Business Objects
