What You’ll Do:
- Architect, Design and Operate CoreWeave’s Enterprise/Corporate Network.
- Build automation and configuration management systems to ensure scalability as the company experiences rapid growth.
- Build monitoring and observability solutions to optimize and enhance the performance of the network.
About the role:
We are seeking a Staff Network Engineer to lead the design, automation, and operational excellence of our enterprise/corporate IT network infrastructure. This role is critical to enabling rapid company growth while maintaining high standards for reliability, security, and observability.
You will operate as a technical leader and force multiplier, building automated deployment frameworks, improving network telemetry and health metrics, and establishing best practices for how networks are designed, deployed, and operated across on-premises and cloud environments.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of professional experience in network engineering, including ownership of large-scale or rapidly growing environments
- Demonstrated experience designing and operating corporate / enterprise networks across offices, data centers, and cloud platforms
- Strong expertise in network automation frameworks such as Ansible and scripting using Python, Go, and/or Bash
- Hands-on experience building Infrastructure as Code or automated provisioning workflows for network infrastructure
- Deep operational knowledge of DHCP, DNS, and IPAM systems, including high availability and lifecycle management
- Expert level understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VXLAN, NAT, VPNs, and firewalling
- Experience designing and operating cloud networking constructs such as VPCs, transit gateways, virtual routers, and routing policies in at least one major cloud provider
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across Layers 2–7
- Experience designing or operating network observability platforms, including metrics, logs, flow data, and synthetic monitoring
Preferred: (if applicable)
- Expert level certifications in enterprise security/networking, such as CCIE, JNCIE-ENT, JNCIE-SEC, CISSP
- Familiarity with SD-WAN, Zero-Trust and Modern Campus Network Architectures.
- Experience with SSE/ZTNA solutions such as NetSkope, Zscaler, CloudFlare, Cisco Secure Access

The base salary range for this role is $188,000 to $275,00. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
