What does a successful Enterprise Sales Director Europe, Middle East and Africa do?

What you will do:

  • Own and exceed quota by acquiring new enterprise accounts across the UK, Ireland and EMEA.

  • Build and execute targeted go-to-market strategies across Retail, Grocery, QSR, Hospitality, Mobility, Gaming and Financial Services.

  • Manage the full commercial cycle — from prospecting and opportunity qualification to pricing, negotiation and close.

  • Structure, price and close multi-jurisdiction, multi-stakeholder engagements that integrate acquiring, terminals, gateways and omnichannel solutions.

  • Lead cross-functional workstreams (commercial, legal, product, operations) to ensure deals are executable, scalable and aligned to Fiserv objectives.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and account plans in Fiserv CRM to accelerate deal progression and support business predictability.

  • Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships with ISVs and payment facilitators and champion integrated go-to-market initiatives.

What you will need to have:

  • Deep expertise in the enterprise acquiring ecosystem and associated commercial models.

  • Strong understanding of payments technology including omnichannel platforms, terminals, gateways, integrations and payment orchestration.

  • Established enterprise relationships across the UK, Ireland and wider Europe, Middle East and Africa.

  • Proven track record of winning and closing complex, multi-stakeholder commercial deals.

  • Strong commercial, analytical and financial acumen with disciplined CRM and forecasting skills.

What would be great to have:

  • Experience navigating regulatory and market dynamics across the UK, Ireland and broader EMEA.

  • Demonstrated success upselling and cross-selling value-added services to enterprise clients.

  • Advanced degree in business, finance or a related field.

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

  • Familiarity with integrating terminals, gateways and third-party platforms at scale.
