The Opportunity

Adobe is driving our next phase of growth by building deep and dynamic partnerships with our most strategic enterprise accounts. We are investing our best thinking and resources to help our clients reinvent their customer & employee experiences, rationalize their business operations and technologies, and accelerate their rate of innovation to meet future challenges!

We are looking for an adaptive and highly collaborative senior Account Executives to lead Adobe’s largest UKI Accounts in our Digital Media business. You are accountable for achieving growth targets in addition to ensuring customer satisfaction and product adoption as value realization is a top priority for the business.

Adobe’s Digital Media focuses on advancing ground-breaking content and driving the digital transformation of industries! It provides tools and services that enable individuals, small businesses, and enterprises to create, publish, promote, handle and monetise their content anywhere through the Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. Adobe’s creative and document solutions are used by designers, photographers, filmmakers, content publishers, storytellers, UX designers, knowledge workers, consumers and more. Through our connected apps and services, customers have all the tools and assets they need to create and lead content across desktop and mobile devices.

What you'll Do

This is an exciting opportunity to drive ground-breaking change working with a number of Adobe’s customers to build strategic and long-term partnerships for a better digital future!

You will be tasked with:

· Establish and lead 3+ year joint account strategy and roadmap across your assigned accounts

· Define and build an effective joint governance model ensuring alignment and sponsorship across the account

· Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customer and Adobe executives to support priority initiatives and long-term account growth

· Work closely with our Customer Satisfaction teams to drive the adoption of Adobe products and innovations within the accounts through thoughtful development of cases that map back to customer priorities and the detailed strategy

· Grow revenues across the business (software, services, and support)

· Coordinate critical customer-facing activities including executive engagement, company visits, briefings, and ideation workshops

· Ideate with, and support, Adobe marketing functions to drive engagement and events for the account

· Prioritising spending time with your accounts in person building long lasting, positive relationships.

· Highly capable of delivering top quality, customer focused, presentations to any size of audience in person and online.

· Authoritatively create and lead a growing sales book of business with a delirious focus on week-on-week pipeline growth through your efforts and those of your wider team.

· Be fully accountable for how you represent your book of business accurately responding to the request of our leaders in a timely manner.

· Maintain and develop existing customers through appropriate personalised value propositions, relevant internal engagements, and ethical sales methods to optimise quality of customer engagement and experience therefore accelerating business growth

· Be able to supervise and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback

What you need to succeed

Successful engagement will be defined by long-term retention of the base, growth in global revenues, increasing customer satisfaction, and successful execution of co-innovation initiatives.

· Ability to shown multiple industry knowledge potentially including thought leadership

· Deep experience in Software sales with the confirmed ability to structure and negotiate large, sophisticated agreements

· Experience leading dispersed teams including product specialists, customer satisfaction and working with global peers across multiple regions on sophisticated accounts with executive relationships

· Shown success leading and delivering on enterprise engagements

· Practical knowledge in developing GTM plans between enterprise organizations

· An understanding of the competition and how we are positioned against them

· A creative, problem-solving approach to evolving business challenges

· Competence and influencing strategies for leading teams in highly matrixed organizations

· The ability to positively challenge ways of working to help drive innovation across the business. We want someone who is going to push and strive to make us even better at what we do.
