Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating net new sales and revenue by engaging large companies within an assigned book of business, including both new prospects and existing customer accounts. You will own the full sales cycle for transactional opportunities, collaborating closely with field sales and internal teams to execute account strategies and align our solutions with customer business goals.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the full sales cycle for transactional opportunities under £25k, from lead qualification and outbound prospecting to final negotiation and deal closure.

  • Collaborate with field sales and internal SMEs to execute account strategies, re-engage unengaged accounts, and qualify "new logos" to convert them into profitable opportunities.

  • Ensure operational excellence by tracking all activities in Salesforce, managing RFP responses, and conducting remote Interactive Business Reviews to develop tailored customer solutions.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in new business hunting, including cold calling, scheduling meetings, and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline even when it is full.

  • Strong knowledge of consultative selling, with the ability to ask probing questions to uncover client needs, assess decision-making processes, and manage budgets and timelines.

  • Proven ability in negotiation and closing, confidently guiding prospects through the sales process while overcoming objections to meet pricing and profitability goals.

  • Proficiency in sales technology, including CRM systems (Salesforce), social selling tools (LinkedIn), and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams).
