Enterprise Inside Sales Representative

Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join our team, responsible for generating net new sales and revenue by engaging large companies within an assigned book of business (prospects and existing customer accounts). Your primary focus will be on identifying customer needs for assigned Enterprise accounts. This remote UK role requires you to own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, while achieving sales quota targets.

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)
  • Own the full sales cycle for transactional opportunities under 25k in assigned Enterprise accounts, achieving all sales quota targets.

  • Maintain consistent outreach through outbound prospecting, networking, and executing marketing initiatives to generate pipeline.

  • Lead negotiation processes, ensuring pricing, profitability, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreements meet both customer and company expectations.

  • Build strong customer relationships and partner with key decision-makers to align business strategies and ensure service level expectations are met.

  • Track all activities and manage responses in Salesforce, ensuring you stay updated on Iron Mountain products and industry trends.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven track record of negotiating deals, overcoming objections, and closing sales, with the ability to guide prospects through the sales process smoothly and confidently.

  • Experience in cold calling, scheduling meetings, and consistently prospecting to fill a sales pipeline, even when it is full.

  • Strong ability to ask probing questions to uncover client needs, assess their decision-making process, and ensure they have the right budget and timeline.

  • Expertise using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, track sales activity, and forecast outcomes.

  • Ability to recover from rejection and maintain momentum in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
