Role Details

We are seeking an Enterprise & Entrepreneurship Community Manager to deliver our enterprise programme and manage the overall enterprise offer for students and graduates.

You will provide advice and guidance to students and work closely with colleagues across careers, student support as well as key academics. You will also act as the key point of contact for Regent’s partnership with innovative co-working brand Huckletree, by leading on the operational delivery of collaborative activity including the Future Founder’s Programme, Business Bootcamp and Entrepreneur-in Residence schemes.

To be successful, you should have a background in building online and face-to-face student communities, within a higher education context, as well as experience of delivering training to groups of varying size and knowledge.  You’ll also have an understanding of start-up businesses, knowledge of entrepreneurial techniques and will be aware of the difference between the commercial and academic environments - and how to bridge between the two.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for someone with a keen interest in start-ups and the role higher education has to play in entrepreneurial learning, to take on a role where they have a significant impact, the space to be creative and to work with a diverse range of people.

This is a maternity leave cover position, and we expect the successful candidate to commence in February/March 2026.

Interviews will be held online on Wednesday 14th or Thursday 15th January 2026.
