About your team

In the Technology Transformation Practice, we leverage the synergy of human insights, data analytics, and cutting-edge technology to design, architect, and implement transformative solutions that prioritize organizational effectiveness and agility. Our dedicated team comprises innovation strategists, technology consultants, user experience designers, product owners/managers, digital transformation leaders, and platform specialists. Together, we empower clients to enhance their operational capabilities, drive strategic technology initiatives, and accelerate innovation in products and services to deliver exceptional value to their customers.

About your role

As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving our consulting engagements with clients, particularly focusing on enterprise architecture strategies that align with their business objectives.

You will lead initiatives that assess current IT landscapes and provide actionable recommendations for modernization and optimization.

You must :-

• Have a minimum of 12-15 years of consulting experience.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks, including TOGAF, Zachman, or similar methodologies.
• Possess extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise architecture solutions that align IT strategy with business goals.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess complex IT environments, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Have a proven track record in stakeholder management, effectively engaging with C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs) to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into architectural solutions.
• Exhibit expertise in cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration into enterprise architectures.
• Are skilled in application rationalization techniques, enabling organizations to optimize their application portfolios for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional teams in workshops and meetings to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus on architectural decisions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise architecture to provide innovative solutions that enhance client offerings.   
• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel
