What you can expect

We are looking to add an Experienced Enterprise/Upmarket Contact Centre Sales Manager, EMEA to our Zoom Contact Centre (CX) team. As the Enterprise Sales ZCX Specialist Manager, EMEA, you will report into the Head of Zoom Contact Center and CX EMEA and are responsible for hiring, enabling, coaching and managing a team of CX Sellers based across EMEA. You will define strategy and overall business planning for Enterprise and upmarket accounts across EMEA. You will provide feedback, coaching and training, ensuring team quota attainment, driving activity levels, and implementing process efficiency changes to drive maximum productivity. You are responsible for both new customer acquisition efforts as well as up-sell and cross-sell efforts into existing Zoom relationships also working closely with the channel community.

About the Team

The Zoom CX Specialist sales team in EMEA is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering innovative CX solutions for clients across all sectors in all regions through outcome based consultative selling, the team passionately engages with clients across the EMEA region.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in software or solution sales, with specific expertise in Contact Center and/or Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS).

  • Experience leading high performing sales teams in a CCaaS environment, preferably overlay sales teams in a matrixed organisation

  • Experience of coaching, building and developing highly effective sales talent across an EMEA region.

  • Experience collaborating with sales, solution engineering and channel sales teams,

  • Experience in quota over achievement in previous roles.

  • Evidence of successful consultative selling practices

  • Experience with working with channel partners successfully

  • Detail focused sales manager with a focus on providing sales teams structure and best in class sales cadence motions

  • Creative problem solver and willing to suggest new ideas for sales engagements/campaigns

  • Ability to fit and work within a fast paced, dynamic working environment

  • Cultural fit within Zoom’s core values

  • A positive, can do attitude and a focus on doing the right thing for the customer, the partner and Zoom. 

  • Proactive by nature, growth mindset essential.
