What we’re looking for

As part of our Account Management team in EMEA, you will have full ownership of a significant portfolio of existing enterprise customers. You will be the strategic point of contact for your customers, develop mutual account plans for the deployment and adoption of our solutions, increase penetration across our solutions, expand our senior stakeholder network within the organisation, and essentially encourage increased revenue.

We are currently looking for a high-energy, motivated Account Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and proven success. You will build pipeline, generate revenue, and expand and retain our enterprise customers. You thrive by owning and controlling a sales process, and are motivated to find solutions to solve your customers’ problems.

Responsibilities for the Account Manager:

  • You will manage 15-20 key accounts, developing and executing strategies on account plans

  • Build a pipeline and identify new use cases across your book of business

  • Execute on your portfolio pipeline to deliver maximum revenue potential

  • Supervise and complete complex sales-cycles

  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solution Consultants, Product and MDRs.

What we expect from you:

  • Around 4 years of account management or sales experience required

  • Proven B2B sales skills and previous experience of selling at scale to Enterprise customers (experience within SaaS is required)

  • Strong communicator, having built relationships with executives up to the C-Level

  • A track record of high achievement in current and/or previous roles, hitting or exceeding quotas

  • Proven success in early-stage companies, being hands-on, a team-player mentality, and effectively managing evolving sales pipelines and processes.

  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Background in MEDDPICC and Command of The Message preferred.  

  • Interest and experience with AI is preferred.
