As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing one of our flagship enterprise accounts with significant expansion possibilities.

You’ll be the commercial face of Choco for this customer: building executive relationships, navigating a complex global organization, and unlocking expansion across Europe and beyond.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow one of Choco’s most strategic enterprise accounts

  • Develop and execute the expansion strategy across markets, business units, and products

  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and budget owners across Europe

  • Generate and manage expansion pipeline across new markets and use cases

  • Run demos, value conversations, and enterprise negotiations

  • Work closely with Customer Success & Implementation to ensure successful rollouts that unlock further growth

  • Coordinate Product, Solutions, and Leadership teams to support complex enterprise sales cycles

What You Bring
  • 10+ years experience in enterprise SaaS sales or strategic account management

  • Track record of expanding large enterprise accounts through upsell and cross-sell (overachieving +£1million annual quota)

  • Experience navigating complex organisations with multiple decision makers

  • Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and executives

  • Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable operating without heavy internal infrastructure

  • Fluent English and based in or willing to relocate to London
