Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive

Location: London - Hybrid

This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in our London office. Candidates must be based in the UK with valid British work authorisation.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be pivotal to our collective success. We are looking for proactive and driven sellers to join our high-performing team—individuals who excel at identifying new opportunities, navigating complex procurement cycles, and building long-term partnerships with new logos.

In this role, you will sell impactful, revolutionary software that is changing the way companies operate. You won’t just manage a territory; you will grow it by pursuing prospective customers and converting them into high-value strategic partnerships.

On a day-to-day basis, we will work together to:

  • Educate the market about the benefits and capabilities of Clari + Salesloft.

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities within a diverse range of organisations.

  • Accurately forecast sales activities and revenue achievements.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic professional who is focused on growing our footprint within EMEA. You will play a key role in solidifying our position as an anchor technology company by securing high-visibility deals and consistently meeting our growth targets.

THE SKILL SET
  • 5+ years of strategic SaaS sales experience, with a focus on new business/net-new customer acquisition within enterprise or complex software environments.

  • Demonstrated success generating and closing six-figure (and ideally seven-figure) ARR deals across complex sales cycles.

  • Proven ability to build and navigate executive-level relationships within large, multi-stakeholder accounts.

  • Experience owning the full enterprise sales lifecycle from territory strategy and prospecting through to contract execution.

  • Skilled at leading executive presentations, multi-threaded discovery, and complex deal negotiations.

  • Effective orchestrator of cross-functional resources (Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Marketing) to drive strategic opportunities.

  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
