Position Overview:

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team and play a key role in driving new business growth across our portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who thrives on building meaningful customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering transformative solutions.

As an Account Executive II, you’ll lead with curiosity, empathy, and commercial acumen — understanding customer pain points and connecting them to the value of our platform. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to acquire new customers, expand relationships within your territory, and contribute to our ongoing mission of empowering organisations to achieve stronger governance, risk, and compliance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development within your designated territory, identifying and engaging potential customers through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting.
  • Take a consultative, solutions-oriented approach, understanding each customer’s challenges and mapping how our platform solves them.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with prospects and stakeholders by consistently demonstrating product knowledge, reliability, and genuine customer focus.
  • Develop and execute account and territory plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets, working closely with internal partners to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Effectively manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and discovery to negotiation and close — leveraging our approved sales methodology.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, market trends, and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively.
  • Partner with product management and marketing to relay customer insights, helping shape the future of our offerings.
  • Accurately manage your pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data to ensure visibility and accountability across the sales organisation.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 7–10 years of experience with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, ideally in SaaS, technology, or GRC-related industries.
  • Proven success in new business acquisition and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate, influence, and build rapport with senior leaders and decision-makers across functions.
  • High level of curiosity and customer empathy — able to listen, diagnose, and translate customer challenges into clear solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, organisation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing opportunities and forecasting in Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools.
