Why Patch, why now

Patch exists to put the planet back in balance by scaling unified climate action through software, market infrastructure, and culture-driven execution. Every day our platform not only curates the world’s most trusted carbon-removal and environmental datasets—it also moves 100s of millions of dollars to projects that cut, capture, or store CO₂ for good.

Our culture is built on three non-negotiables:

  • We build the future we want – we don’t wait for permission; we shape the market.

  • We’re all in this together – direct, empathetic teamwork inside Patch and across the climate ecosystem.

  • We amp it up – urgency and unreasonably high standards because the planet can’t wait.

If that mindset energizes you, read on.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving Patch’s success in the enterprise segment. You will expand our customer base, build relationships, and lead the sales process from prospecting through initial credit purchase to growth. You and your teammates are the founding team of Enterprise Account Executives. You will apply your creative problem-solving instincts to meet market demands and negotiate deals to a successful conclusion to move Patch and its products forward in our mission to rebalance the planet.

What you'll tackle
  • Manage the full-cycle sales process from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.

  • Facilitate deep discovery with prospects to uncover needs, possibilities, and pain points.

  • Champion Patch's value proposition and pitch our solution to decision-makers at organizations with bold ambitions on climate.

  • Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor with climate knowledge. Identify opportunities for growth and new product development to inform the company’s roadmap.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering on what your customers need.

  • Travel occasionally for events, client visits, and internal purposes.

What makes you a great match
  • You have proven years of experience leading complex sales cycles with companies with 1,000+ FTE from start to finish. You have a track record of exceeding sales quota in high-growth environments.

  • You have a results-driven approach to sales, with demonstrated excellent time management in juggling AE responsibilities: i.e. pipeline generation, relationship building, events, closing activity, Salesforce, and more.

  • You are excited to work cross-functionally at Patch (sales, marketing, product, engineering) to drive results for your clients and prospective clients.

  • You have experience successfully bringing a new product or solution to market and a proven ability to challenge the status quo. Experience or training in Challenger Sales is a plus.

  • You have a professional executive presence with decision-makers and can also collaborate with all personas in a decision committee.

  • You are passionate about our planet and working in a mission-driven environment.

  • You are willing and able to work out of London, UK and come to the office 3 days a week.

What you'll get
  • A mission-obsessed crew shipping with speed and sky-high standards

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity

  • Onsite culture in London with bi-annual off-sites for deep strategy and team bonding

  • Time-off-as-needed vacation and generous parental leave

  • Monthly wellness stipend (mental and physical)

If working with some of the world's largest and most influential companies to scale climate finance sounds like your kind of challenge, we’d love to meet you.

Let’s rebalance the planet together.
