Overview of Role

The Enterprise Account Executive at 66degrees is a dynamic and pivotal role aimed at driving business growth and expanding the company’s presence in the technology services market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and possesses a blend of autonomy and team collaboration skills.

In this role, the based Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for developing and managing a robust pipeline of business opportunities, primarily focusing on enterprise clients in the UK. The executive will be expected to strategically position 66degrees as a trusted business partner, utilising their expertise to foster strong relationships with key decision-makers. This includes understanding client needs, presenting compelling ROI-based solutions aligned to business outcomes, and effectively closing sales to meet and exceed revenue targets. 

Responsibilities

  • Work diligently to build the 66degrees’ brand within Google within a designated territory, positioning 66degrees as a trusted, strategic business partner to customers.
  • Create a strategic sales plan to target Greenfield prospects by leveraging customer relationships, professional networks and other industry forums,  and develop a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Effectively leverage 66degrees’ internal resources to build and deliver the best solution for the customer.
  • Engage partners to develop and execute joint selling approaches to customers.
  • Manage multiple accounts concurrently and strategically.
  • Provide accurate monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts through disciplined sales and pipeline methodology.
  • Prospect on a continual basis to ensure net new business pipeline targets are consistently met.
  • Use a consultative/solution selling methodology to translate a customer’s critical business and technology issues into profitable cloud and services opportunities.
  • Create and execute a predictable closing plan and work at the executive-level to negotiate and close professional services agreements.
  • Create proposals and SOWs aligned to prospect’s requirements.
  • Negotiate and close services contracts.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of quota carrying cloud services or professional services sales experience.
  • 3+ years of greenfield sales experience within the Google Cloud ecosystem.  
  • Referencable track record of successfully selling over £2.5M per annum of professional services to Greenfield customers.
  • An independent hunter, with experience in running an end to deal cycle (from prospecting and qualifying all the way to successfully closing deals).
  • Proven ability of exceeding quota (top 10%-20% of company) in past positions.
  • Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to executive-level decision maker (CXO, VP). 
  • Propensity to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Be highly adaptable to thrive in a fast growing region.
  • Strong network within Google Cloud’s Go to Market team.
  • Based in London and be comfortable to be at Google or Prospect offices 4 days a week 
  • Travel within the UK as needed.
