This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:  We’re looking for a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to help us drive the next wave of growth by empowering organisations to unlock the full potential of RingCentral’s UCaaS and CCaaS platforms. You’ll leverage your experience in SaaS and cloud-based solutions to connect with key stakeholders, shape complex deals, and deliver cutting-edge communication and contact center solutions tailored to enterprise needs.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • You’ll become the resident expert on RingCentral services and will sell new customers our Enterprise grade cloud UCaaS & CCaaS platform.

  • Close complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholders (C suite), Enterprise sales cycles.

  • Communication of RingCentral value proposition to senior-level customer contacts

  • Ability to proactively position the value of cloud solutions

  • Coordination with RingCentral sales teams to develop Territory Strategy Plans, Account Strategy Plans and Opportunity Strategy Plans

  • Work with RingCentral resources to develop & position the appropriate solution to fit the customer needs to include RingCentral EX I.e RingEX  / Call Center with Live Reports, RingCentral Contact Center, RingCX & RingCentral Workforce Optimization

  • Develop a collaborative channel approach with partners to identify, engage, and win customers.

  • Extensive field selling, client facing, board room presentation skills.

  • Leverage and partner with internal resources (business development, engineering, marketing, etc.) to execute on deals.

  • Deliver on revenue target quotas on a quarterly/annual basis.

  • Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies and processes.

  • Manage pipeline, sales activity and ability to accurately forecast.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Typically 5-10 years of technology solution based selling (SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, Cloud applications, VoIP)

  • Demonstrated sales record of obtaining / exceeding quota.

  • Proven record of success for sales to large corporate accounts with longer sales cycles

  • Call Center/Contact Center Experience specifically within the competitive landscape, including emerging trends and customer needs. 

  • Skilled in conducting F2F presentations, online web demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales process.

  • Success prospecting, engaging, acquiring major/enterprise level customers.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others.

  • Entrepreneurial flare - ability to learn and adapt quickly in an autonomous environment. 

  • Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.

  • Results oriented professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and is eager to over achieve on targets. 

  • BS degree, continued training and education preferred.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce-managing opportunities, forecasting and reporting.
