What you'll be doing:

  • Work in partnership with a Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities, qualify prospective clients, and understand their business needs
  • Build relationships and trust with key decision-makers at C-suite level and in Marketing/SEO departments across enterprise companies
  • Develop a deep understanding of Botify’s value proposition, customer use cases, market positioning, and product features
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Demand Generation, Solutions, Customer Success, and Product to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience

Who we're looking for:

  • You have 5+ years of experience closing new business in an Enterprise SaaS environment (MarTech or a related industry preferable)
  • You have experience demonstrating and selling complex enterprise solutions
  • You have proven track record of penetrating new logos and closing new business
  • You are technically adept, self-motivated and driven by results
  • You are able to forecast accurately, based on realistic opportunity assessments and are MEDDIC trained
  • You are able to establish strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers at all levels

What's in it for you:

  • Competitive salary, quarterly bonus structure and ISO share options
  • Unlimited paid annual leave and flexible working policies
  • Workplace pension scheme with Penfold
  • Employee referral programme
  • Private health insurance with Vitality (including medical, dental, mental health, and more)
  • Wide range of benefits (ClassPass, Cyclescheme, train ticket loan & more)
  • Regular Lunch & Learns, team socials and off-site events
  • Travel stipend to work from our offices in Paris, New York, Seattle, Singapore, Tokyo and Sydney
  • Opportunities for personal and professional development (career coaching with Bravely, social responsibility initiatives)

We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status.

Industry research shows that women and those in traditionally underrepresented groups generally don't apply to jobs unless they check all the boxes for the role. If you feel strongly that you have what it takes for this role but don't check 100% of the boxes - that's okay - we encourage you to apply anyway and highlight what you can bring to the table!
