Enterprise Account Executive 

Location: Greater London, UK (remote from home) 
Salary: Base + Commission

 
VersaFile is a fast-growing software company that specializes in attachment and data archiving solutions for SAP, SuccessFactors and other Enterprise Software applications, seamlessly integrating with a variety of document management systems. Our clean core approach empowers enterprises to manage their SAP data lifecycle more efficiently and compliantly.   

Position Overview 
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Enterprise Account Executive to help grow our presence across the UK and EMEA market. This role is ideal for an experienced enterprise software sales professional who thrives in developing strategic partnerships, managing customer relationships, working in support of partners sales teams, and identifying new business opportunities within the SAP ecosystem.  
 
As a key member of our Sales team, you will serve as our local market representative in the UK and Ireland, building strong relationships with customers, partners, SAP-focused consultancies, and technology vendors. You will be responsible for generating and managing sales opportunities from initial engagement through to successful close, while also supporting long-term customer growth and retention.  
 
This role combines elements of Enterprise Sales, Channel Management, Business Development and Customer Success. 
 
What You’ll Do:  

  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies across the UK & European market 
  • Identifyqualify and manage enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through contract execution 
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders within customer organizations 
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer business challenges and position solutions that deliver measurable value 
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and reporting through Salesforce CRM 
  • Build and strengthen relationships with strategic partners, including SAP, system integrators, software vendors 
  • Develop go-to-market initiatives with partners to generate new business opportunities 
  • Support partner enablement and ongoing relationship management 
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned partners 
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, identifying expansion, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities 
  • Represent VersaFile at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings (some travel will be required) 
  • Build market awareness and establish a strong local presence 

 

What Skills You’ll Have: 

  • 5-years of enterprise software sales, business development, channel sales, or partner management experience 
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations 
  • Demonstrated success developing strategic customer and partner relationships 
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar 
  • Strong relationship-building skills 
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment 
  • Experience working within the SAP ecosystem or complementary enterprise solutions 
  • Exposure to ERP, document management or content management technologies

  • Strong relationship builder with a partnership-first mindset 
  • Have a consultative approach and is comfortable engaging with executives, business leaders and technical stakeholders 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills  
     

Travel Requirements:  

  • Some travel within Europe will be required for industry events, and customer meetings. 

Salary: Base Salary + Commission
