What you’ll be doing?

This role requires a strong hunter mindset and a passion for working in a high-growth MarTech scale-up with a fast-paced sales cycle. The good news? Your key responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for managing your sales portfolio, achieving growth, and meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to demoing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Provide on-the-ground mentorship and support to the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to help generate qualified opportunities through innovative outbound strategies.
  • Deliver value-driven insights and communicate our proposition effectively through proposals and presentations.
  • Ensure prospects and clients gain maximum value from our offering, including free trials and proof-of-concept engagements where appropriate.
  • Act as a market expert, providing feedback to the team on industry trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to expand our offering.
  • Identify emerging markets and shifts, staying fully aware of competitive activity and new technologies.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to capture key market segments.
  • Present accurate sales, revenue, and forecast reports to the management team.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, and Sales Enablement to support your success.
  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline and forecast accurately — after all, sales is a balancing act.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably within SaaS.
  • Solid understanding of market research, sales methodologies, and negotiation principles.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, confident phone manner, and strong listening ability.
  • Technically savvy — naturally curious about technology and driven to find solutions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Excellent organisational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in the retail, finance, automotive, telecoms, or travel sectors is a strong plus.
