We’re consistently recognized as a leader in the industry: a Leader in the Forrester Wave and Gartner Magic Quadrant for Contract Lifecycle Management, a Fortune Great Place to Work, and one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Workplaces. Ironclad has also been named to Forbes’ AI 50 and Business Insider’s list of Companies to Bet Your Career On. We’re backed by leading investors including Accel, Y Combinator, Sequoia, BOND, and Franklin Templeton. For more information, visit www.ironcladapp.com or follow us on LinkedIn.

The Opportunity

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll own a territory of high-potential enterprise accounts and run full-cycle, complex SaaS deals. You’ll be responsible for new business, orchestrating multi-stakeholder evaluations and partnering closely with Solution Engineering, Marketing, SDRs, and our ecosystem of partners to win the most strategic deals in the region.

You’ll help define how Ironclad wins in the UK and Europe — shaping territory strategy, partner plays, and vertical motions as we scale. This role is highly visible and directly tied to Ironclad’s ambitious ARR goals for FY27 and beyond. Our London team is growing fast, with 30+ teammates across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and more, powering Ironclad’s presence across the region and still expanding. You’ll join a tight-knit office culture built on our core values of Drive, Intent, Integrity, and Empathy, at the center of our global expansion.

What You’ll Do
  • Own a high-potential Enterprise territory (2,000–25,000 employees) with full accountability for new logo acquisition against a meaningful quota.

  • Run full-cycle, multi-threaded deals: prospect, qualify, run deep discovery, design and orchestrate evaluations, negotiate, and close complex SaaS agreements involving Legal, Procurement, IT, Sales, Finance, and executive sponsors.

  • Position Ironclad as a strategic platform, not a point solution — tying our AI-powered CLM and Clickwrap capabilities to measurable outcomes in revenue acceleration, risk reduction, and operational efficiency for global enterprises.

  • Partner closely with Solution Engineers to design tailored demos, sandbox environments, and POCs that mirror real-world contract workflows and tech stacks.

  • Leverage alliances and partners (implementation partners, GSIs, advisory firms) to source and accelerate pipeline, co-sell, and increase win rates across EMEA.

  • Build and manage a data-driven pipeline, using segmentation and insights in Salesforce to prioritize where you can have the biggest impact — and forecast with discipline, diligence, and accuracy.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Outcomes, Product, and Partnerships to refine our go-to-market approach for enterprise EMEA customers.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, bringing insights from the region back into our product roadmap, AI capabilities, and positioning so we continue to lead the market.

Why This Role, Why Now
  • Lead with a proven product in a hot category: Ironclad is consistently recognized as a Leader in both the Gartner Magic Quadrant and the Forrester Wave for CLM, and has been named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies and Next Big Thing in Tech.

  • Sell to world-class customers: Ironclad powers contracting for flagship brands like Salesforce, Heineken, Shell, and Maersk. We’re rapidly expanding with enterprise and global customers across the UK, Europe, and beyond.

  • Join a winning EMEA sales culture: Our London office houses a growing, tight-knit team of 30+ Cladiators across Enterprise, Commercial, Business Development, and more — with a track record of 80% President’s Club performance and outsized impact on company results.

  • Work where innovation thrives: Ironclad is repeatedly recognized as a top workplace for innovation and culture, with offices in London, New York, and San Francisco, and strong support for flexibility, wellness, and growth.

What You Bring
  • 4–7 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual targets.

  • Proven success selling into Enterprise accounts (2,000–25,000 employees) and managing 6–12 month, multi-stakeholder deal cycles involving C-Suite leadership and executives spanning across Sales, Procurement, Legal, and IT.

  • Strong command of a structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, value-based selling) and the ability to drive disciplined, strategic deal execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, partners, and marketing programs — you’re not reliant on inbound.

  • Exceptional inbound qualification - the demand for Ironclad internationally is immense, but you will need to prioritize your energy effectively in order to have the biggest impact on pipeline generation and revenue.

  • Experience with CLM, legal tech, or adjacent enterprise SaaS (e.g., sales tech, procurement, data, security, workflow platforms) is a strong plus, but not required.

  • Comfort selling a platform with multiple use cases across departments, not just a single-feature tool.

  • Excellent Salesforce hygiene and ability to use data to manage your book, prioritize accounts, and forecast accurately.

  • High drive, intent, integrity, and empathy — you embody Ironclad’s core values, operate with an ownership mindset, and care deeply about your customers and teammates.
