About Us

At SINAI Technologies, we’re on a mission to help companies decarbonize confidently. Our platform empowers enterprises to manage, analyze, and reduce carbon emissions with powerful AI-driven tools that align climate action with financial performance. We support global leaders across industries as they transition to a low-carbon economy, building resilience and long-term value.

The Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to lead new business acquisition and account expansion across the EMEA region, driving strategic growth as part of our international GTM team. This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role for an independent, mission-driven closer with a deep understanding of complex solution sales and the evolving ESG and sustainability landscape in EMEA.

You’ll own territory planning, outbound execution, and enterprise pipeline development, partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Climate Experience, and Product teams to align customer objectives with SINAI’s decarbonization solutions. Your ability to influence VP- and C-level stakeholders and navigate multi-stakeholder deals will be critical to your success.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to win new enterprise logos and expand existing accounts across the EMEA region
  • Generate a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, leveraging your network, and understanding of the regional market
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, consultative selling, product demonstrations, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and closing
  • Collaborate with the Climate Experience team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring client success
  • Work closely with Marketing to localize messaging and campaigns based on EMEA market nuances and industry verticals
  • Stay current on climate regulation, ESG reporting standards, and sustainability trends relevant to EMEA markets
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, educating stakeholders across sustainability, finance, and operations
  • Provide insights and feedback to the Product and GTM teams based on market conversations and client needs
  • Represent SINAI at leading ESG and sustainability events, forums, and roundtables throughout the region
Who You Are
  • A self-starter with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, consultative enterprise SaaS sales environments
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional European language; capable of engaging a diverse, multilingual client base
  • Deeply familiar with ESG frameworks, carbon markets, and decarbonization strategies as they apply across EMEA
  • Skilled in solution selling with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at the VP/C-suite level
  • Adept at managing long, multi-threaded sales cycles and aligning buying groups across multiple departments
  • Experienced in pipeline generation, CRM hygiene, and forecasting (HubSpot or similar CRM)
  • Communicative, adaptable, and energized by solving hard problems with a mission-driven team
  • Bonus points for a background in sustainability, ESG consulting, or climate tech platforms
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally with a SaaS solution or climate tech product
  • 2+ years selling into ESG, sustainability, or decarbonization-focused markets in EMEA
  • Proven ability to source, manage, and close complex enterprise deals
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or other enterprise sales methodologies
  • Based in EMEA, with an understanding of the sustainability and regulatory environment across key European markets

Salary Range:
$100,000– $125,000 USD
