What we are building

The mission of the Geo Sales team is to position Domino as the single platform for data science across the enterprise and to support Domino’s entrance and expansion across the EMEA region. Our main focus will be net-new logo hunting, with you taking ownership of your own pipeline generation, running the entirety of the sales cycle and closing business within new logos. There will also be some customers to help renew and expand, in partnership with our Customer Success team. Ultimately, you will be helping Domino execute better at enterprise-level selling and to engage more mid-senior stakeholders across Business & IT.

What your impact will be

 In your first year, your impact will be   

  • Position Domino for success in the account by properly aligning our people to the customer. Specifically making it clear how product management, services, sales and executive leadership engage with the customer.
  • Manage and communicate with the customer-specific ecosystem of partners and competitors.
  • Uncover opportunities for the customer/prospect to use Domino software, set the selling strategy and execute on the sales cycle.
  • Close £1m+ of new ARR within FY25.
  • Open and maintain relationships with executives at the Director, Exec Dir, VP and C-level. Specifically, have natural text-message communications with at least 2-3 people.
  • Manage and communicate with the customer-specific ecosystem of partners and competitors.

What we look for in this role

  • Experience selling a complex, technical enterprise software solution
  • 8+ years of large enterprise selling experience (FTSE250)
  • Consultative selling approach; thoughtful and value-oriented
  • Track record of securing £1m+ software contracts 
  • Strategic account and territory planning; lots of experience calling high and strategically into enterprise accounts
  • Confidence and communication which enables you to quickly build credibility and relationships with exec level stakeholders, up to c-suite 
  • Analytical approach; seasoned with how to leverage a variety of prospecting tools (whatever empowers them to do their job well), Salesforce
  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies 
  • Prospecting - using cold-call techniques to open conversations in new areas of an account
