About you:

• Full Stack Expertise & Leadership
  Proven experience in building high-quality software across multiple languages and frameworks, ideally in a SaaS environment, with leadership capabilities.

• Cloud Proficiency
  Strong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, internal cloud), with hands-on experience in deploying and managing cloud-based solutions.

• Team Enablement & Coaching
  Skilled in guiding teams toward self-management, using modern engineering practices to deliver scalable, accessible, and robust software.

• Technical Ownership & Accountability
  Takes full end-to-end ownership of products and outcomes, demonstrating strong decision-making and responsibility.

• Strategic & Agile Leadership
  Leads Agile teams strategically, ensuring cohesive cross-team collaboration and alignment with business goals.

• Quality & Security Focus
  Champions a quality-first mindset and integrates security principles into all aspects of development.

• Commercial Awareness
  Works closely with product and stakeholders to ensure technical decisions align with business value.

• AI Advocacy
  Enthusiastic about AI, using it to enhance workflows and drive innovation within the team.

• Technical Stack & Tools
  Proficient in technologies like JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET Core, PHP, SQL/NoSQL, Azure DevOps, Git, and Docker.

• Mentorship & Career Development
  Provides motivational leadership, mentoring, and career development support to team members.
