We are excited to announce an opening for an Engineering Manager who is eager to advance their career in a dynamic environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to and innovate within dunnhumby’s Software Engineering Department.
dunnhumby is at the forefront of developing advanced data and insights platforms, tailored for top-tier global retailers. In this role, you will focus on technical delivery and people management within an Engineering Squad, emphasizing full-stack delivery with technologies such as .NET, React, and Cloud Solutions.
What we expect from you:
- Demonstrate a robust technical background in product-led development
- Guide the delivery aspects of the squad, including planning, prioritization, and strategic direction
- Manage team dynamics and foster personnel development within the squad
- Exhibit a solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Effectively lead a squad of full-stack engineers
- Possess a full-stack engineering background, with a preference for .NET experience
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider
