About the team

We are building a world class IT Service Management (ITSM) team from the ground up, using the ServiceNow platform to empower colleagues to delivery exceptional market leading services to our internal and external clients.

This is your opportunity to join the rapidly growing ServiceNow platform team with a focus on driving Worldpay forwards in the way it makes knowledge-based decisions, built on solid data-driven evidence to improve our colleague and client experience, drive efficiency and cost savings, and improve the way we delivery service.

What you’ll own

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager with a background in ServiceNow and experience in large greenfield implementations. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development of multiple area of the platform and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet our strategic goals and deliver exceptional value.

  • Leading the Development on a large greenfield global ServiceNow implementation

  • Leading best practice and development standards at all time

  • Owning the development process, including peer reviews and documentation

  • Collaborating with other developers, BAs and architects

  • Contributing to requirements workshops

Where you’ll own it

You’ll own it in our London hub. Our sites are hubs of activity, conversation, and openness. With inspiring, stylish workspaces we want people to feel excited to come and do their best work.
This role could involve travel to the USA when required.

What you’ll bring
 

  • A minimum of 6 years working on the ServiceNow platform with at least one large greenfield implementation as well as leading development teams.

  • Experience mentoring junior developers

  • Peer review of complex development by both internal and external developers

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL processes

  • Setting platform wide standards and ensuring they are followed.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

  • Certified implementation specialist ideally two or more of ITOM, SecOps, HRSM, ESG, Legal Service. ESC pro
