We’re looking for an experienced and product-minded Senior Engineering Manager to join PandaDoc and lead teams within the Acquisition and Retain & Grow. Our mission is to help users discover value quickly and establish habits that make them successful in the long term. We’re now entering a new phase - strengthening our Product-Led Growth strategy and evolving our activation journey with a focus on AI-powered experiences and scalable systems.

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how users first experience and adopt the product. You’ll drive initiatives around dedicated AI agents, personalization, and seamless onboarding, ensuring every interaction helps users realize value effortlessly and intuitively.

As a Technical Leader, you’ll guide your teams in discovering the best technical solutions and processes suited to each feature’s maturity -whether it’s experimental, long-term, or platform-based.

As a People Leader, you’ll partner closely with each engineer to support their career growth, focusing on team dynamics, structure, and performance. You’ll help set ambitious goals and empower both teams and individuals to achieve them.

As a Leadership Team member, you’ll partner with the Director of Engineering to shape the growth trajectory, ensuring your teams have the right skills and structure in place.

In this role, you will:
  • Set the Vision: Team up with engineering, product, and design leaders to shape the direction and strategy of your teams.
  • Drive Results: Create and guide strategies that lead to clear, measurable outcomes. Keep the team focused on delivering impactful work that makes a difference.
  • Foster Team Spirit: Build a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive culture that prioritizes quick, impactful execution
  • Shape Engineering Culture: Be an active contributor to growing and evolving our engineering culture. Take part in initiatives that drive positive change and make our teams stronger.
