We're looking for an Engineering Manager who will be a multiplier for our Product Navigation and Search development team, helping them to achieve their full potential. You also enjoy building and continuously enhancing our Software-as-a-Service product and collaborating closely with a Product Manager and UX Designer within your team.

Your role will be to empower your team, fostering an environment where engineers can perform at their best and grow as a team. You will do this by making sure that each team member is clear about what we expect and how they can grow, by ensuring that our processes help rather than hinder, and by working with all engineers to ensure that we are building high-quality software.

What is the Navigation feature all about? The Navigation feature is a core component of our product, designed to assist customers in organizing their visuals effectively. It integrates in-product Search and Collections to streamline this process. Additionally, customers can create Presentations to convey their messages compellingly to decision-makers within their organizations.
