What you will do:
Build and guide a cross-functional engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, high performance, and continuous technical growth.
Drive technical excellence by staying hands-on with code reviews, architectural decisions, and system design using Python, TypeScript, and AWS.
Partner with product managers and designers to translate ambitious roadmaps into production-ready features for 300+ institutional clients.
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience leading engineering teams in a fast-paced startup or scaleup environment with a focus on shipping iteratively.
Deep backend technical expertise in scalable system design, ideally with experience in Python, TypeScript, AWS, or Terraform.
A product-oriented mindset that prioritizes user impact and operational excellence over technical elegance for its own sake.
