About the Role:

As a Engineering Data Coordinator, you will join our dedicated team responsible for compiling and structuring vital data that our clients rely on for their operational decision-making. Your role will involve collecting, inputting, and organizing data from various sources to create accurate datasets that support business functions.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their career looking to develop their expertise in data management and assembly.

Please note - This is a full-time position based entirely on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and input data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout.
  • Maintain database systems and ensure that data is systematically organized for easy retrieval.
  • Collaborate with other teams to gather necessary information and clarify details when needed.
  • Review and validate incoming data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Support data cleansing efforts to ensure information quality.
  • Assist in generating reports based on the assembled data when required.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:

  • Experience in a technical environment, such as a drawing office, maintenance records, technical sales, or procurement
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a meticulous approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Effective organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset, eager to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Additionally, the following would be an advantage:

  • Basic knowledge of database management systems.
