ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Engineering Administrator to join our team at Scarborough. Reporting into the Plant Engineer, You will play a key role in supporting the Maintenance department, providing clerical, financial and administrative support. Key tasks of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Daily maintenance budget reporting to all stakeholders including Plant Manager & Finance Manufacturing Business Partner within the Department, enableing the department to be ready for the Business budget re-forecast programme
• Regular updates with the Engineering team on departmental costs
• Raise department purchase orders and resolve invoice anomalies to ensure efficient processing and payment
• Monthly accruals for Engineering, Production, Quality, Safety and Waste
• Maintain & review active service contracts, maintenance food & safety sections for site audit purposes, and the Alcumus Safe Contractor portal
• First point of contact for Contractor/Supplier queries
• Adhoc administrative support for the department

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a self motivated individual. Ideally you will have experience of:

• Understanding and working knowledge of MS applications, word and excel
• Systems skills, analysing data, and producing reports
• Experience of working to deadlines
• Experience of external accreditation management

WHERE YOU'LL WORK:
You'll be based on-site at our Scarborough plant in North Yorkshire. We opened this plant back in the swinging sixties, but it's definitely not stuck in the past. It's one of the largest French fry factories in the world and after a recent development, it's also one of the most high tech. Our team of over 300 colleagues work hard to make sure the quality of our products keep our customers returning for more, for now and years to come!
