The UK based Engagement Manager is a member of the Professional Services team within the Customer Success department at Fairmarkit. Engagement Managers partner with Technical Architects on customer projects to configure and enable customers for a successful launch of the Fairmarkit platform. The Engagement Manager is responsible for project scope, timeline, and deliverables associated with customer projects. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage several large enterprise implementations, across multiple time-zones, simultaneously.  
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure projects are highly visible and accessible in a centralized platform.
  • Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-departmentally with product, engineering, and customer success management to ensure customer implementations are enabled for long term success
  • Adopt scalable processes for project management
  • Prepare for and conduct monthly steering committee project meetings with executive stakeholders including representatives from both customer and Fairmarkit
  • Lead customers through best practices for change management associated with Fairmarkit configuration and usage. 
  • Initiate change order requests as needed
  • Identify and share information related to possible customer expansion opportunities with Customer Success Management 
  • Share customer product enhancement requests and business impact with customer success management and product teams.

Experience:

Required

  • 5+ years of relevant program or project management experience within the enterprise procurement space
  • 3+ years of sourcing, procurement, and/or supply chain experience
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms or SaaS technologies to support implementation and integration efforts
  • A documented track record of managing highly complex programs and projects in an enterprise environment
  • Experience facilitating and/or leading meetings with C-level executives
  • Experience adopting disruptive change in enterprise organizations
  • Experience with vendor/supplier management 
  • Bachelor's degree

Desired

  • Experience managing a procurement team
  • Experience implementing procurement technology (Ariba, Coupa, Oracle)

For this role, we are looking for remote employees who reside in London, UK. The annual compensation range for this position is between £83,000 - £108,000 (OTE) and is dependent on years and depth of experience.
