Job Title: Energy Hub Supervisor  
Location: Derby Hub
Salary: £29,520 -£36,900 per annum , https://www.luxion.group/employee-benefits
Hours:  40 hours per week, Monday – Saturday

We’re proud to have 12 vibrant retail stores we call “Retail Hubs” across the UK, each one at the centre of support for the community.

We’re looking for a passionate Energy Supervisor to lead the charge in empowering people and championing sustainability in our Derby Hub.

What You’ll Be Doing:  

As a pillar of the high street's identity, you and your team will lead local community engagement and champion sustainability. Your team will be the first point of contact for our customers and the community whether face-to-face or over the phone, offering support that goes beyond energy services.  

You will lead a team by empowering customers with practical, personalised energy-saving advice, helping them reduce their usage, lower their bills, and shrink their carbon footprint, along with introducing them to our innovative, eco-conscious products and services.   

You will provide leadership and guidance to your team, supporting them in achieving business objectives while consistently upholding our core values of Sustainably, Fairness and Smart.   

Beyond customer service, you’ll be a sustainability ambassador in your community. You’ll collaborate with local charities and organisations through our charitable foundation, Utilita Giving, supporting initiatives that strengthen communities and promoting environmental responsibility.  

By leading local green initiatives and working closely with your team, you’ll inspire others to take part in building a cleaner, more connected future, making our Energy Hubs not just places of service, but centres of environmental and social impact.

  • An experienced people leader, who knows how to motivate and uplift your team to be the best they can be.  

  • A genuine passion in sustainability and community engagement, with the opportunity to gain a fully funded and accredited sustainability qualification.    

  • Someone who will lead from the front by rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in all Hub activities.   

  • An engaging networker who will build strong and lasting relationships with businesses and the community.  

  • Someone who can drive their team, aligning their efforts with the broader goals of the group.
