About the team and role

Enablement Team

The Enablement team provides market and proposition insight to GBG’s global sales teams – enabling them to sell better and faster. Sitting between the product and sales teams, we want to turbo-boost our GTM approach by ensuring the business targets the right products at the right customers at the right time.

Enablement Manager

The Enablement Manager role sits at the centre of the commercial teams and will have a diverse remit, working across a broad range of strategic initiatives to ensure our go-to-market teams and processes are optimised to deliver against our strategic big bets.

What you will do
  • Drive a data-driven approach to customer and product segmentation
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to build winning propositions
  • Collaborate closely with go-to-market teams (especially sales) to develop winning strategies for our big bets and exceed revenue targets
  • Implement tools, processes and methodologies that accelerate growth
  • Provide market insight to the leadership team
  • Own and manage other strategic projects required by the business
Skills we're looking for
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and business judgment
  • Proven experience in a B2B setting in a relevant business discipline such as Strategy, Enablement or Market Development
  • Experience or a strong interest in regulatory technology – with a desire to absorb and understand a large amount of industry information
  • Strong people skills, with an ability to quickly establish relationships
  • An ability to operate within an imperfect, ambiguous, hands-on environment
  • A strong communicator that can engage audiences of all seniorities
  • A confident presenter (in-person and virtually) who can create and deliver content to internal GTM teams
