We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Wellness Manager to manage and coordinate our Staff Medical Scheme, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and Staff Wellness Program, while driving initiatives that support employee health, engagement, and overall wellbeing across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate input into the Staff Wellness Strategy for the assigned HR area.
- Manage and coordinate the annual review of staff wellness schemes, programs, initiatives, and benefits, and implement approved outcomes within policy and approval mandates.
- Act as the primary HR Wellness contact for staff and line management, providing proactive support in the delivery of wellness programs and initiatives.
- Offer guidance to staff and line managers on HR policies, procedures, and processes relating to employee wellness.
- Manage and coordinate the Wellness Program in line with organizational policies and procedures.
- Respond to staff and line management enquiries on wellness-related matters.
- Work closely with Employee Relations and Health & Safety teams to develop and sustain an enabling work environment and implement staff wellness initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, service providers, and partners relating to employee wellness.
- Provide administrative support to business and staff committees, forums, schemes, and initiatives relating to wellness programs.
- Maintain accurate and consistent records, data, reports, and statistics for staff wellness programs, schemes, initiatives, and benefits.
Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Medical Related Field.
Professional qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Nursing.
Added Advantage
Diploma or Certification in Human Resource Management.
Experience
- 3 years' experience implementing Corporate Wellness Programs.
- 3 years' experience in Staff Medical Scheme Administration.
- 3 years' experience in Stakeholder Management.
- 2 years' experience in Relationship Management.
- 3 years' experience in Wellness, Occupational Health & Safety, or related employee wellbeing initiatives is desired
