BSI operates in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment where employment legislation and collective arrangements continue to evolve. This role provides specialist support across employee relations activity in the UK, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality case management while contributing to global ER initiatives.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.

  • Experience supporting employee relations case management in a UK-based HR or People function.

  • Experience operating within a matrixed or complex organisation.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify themes and drive improvement.

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to flex style to different audiences.

  • A growth mindset with resilience and agility in driving performance improvement.

  • A degree or relevant professional qualification in HR (desirable).

BSI offers a competitive total reward package, an independent and varied job in an international environment, flexible working hours, ongoing training and development including 27-days annual leave, paid sick leave, bank holidays, health insurance, life insurance, pension plan with company contribution, car allowance (dependent on role), income protection, paid maternity leave, paid paternity leave, paid parental leave, adoption leave, compassionate leave, paid bereavement leave, learning and development opportunities, and a wide range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your lifestyle.
