This role is a 6 month fixed term contract, it is a hybrid position based out of our London or Woking office.

Your key responsibilities as an Employee Experience & HR Operations Manager will include:

  • Collaborating with HR teams across our network to implement global people processes that drive engagement throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Driving Manager effectiveness through timely communications, live sessions, and guidance for global audiences.
  • Managing the bi-monthly global HR meeting, including agenda creation, meeting chairing, and action circulation.
  • Leading Diversity & Belonging initiatives and creating internal communication and educational materials for awareness days.
  • Overseeing the biannual employee engagement survey and working with local leadership on utilization of results to enhance engagement.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Employee Experience & HR Operations Manager:

  • You have a sound understanding of working with varying cultures and the impact of initiatives in different geographies.
  • You can proficiently use metrics to improve employee engagement and achieve business objectives related to eNPS.
  • You must have experience of ESG strategy and planning in the operating context of a business.
  • You will have experience of working with employee engagement surveys and eNPS metrics .
  • You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate at all levels within the organization.
