We are looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to manage a portfolio of mid‑corporate clients

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring their Healthcare / Risk benefits are well managed, regularly reviewed and aligned to business and employee needs.

  • Acting as the primary client contact, handling day‑to‑day queries, building strong relationships and delivering a high‑quality, proactive service.

  • Advising on Risk / Healthcare arrangements, including market reviews and re‑broking to secure competitive terms and appropriate coverage.

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance and broaden client benefit offerings, presenting tailored solutions and supporting service expansion.

  • Leading client meetings to present recommendations, explain options and ensure clients fully understand their benefit programmes.

  • Supporting new business activity through input into proposals, prospect meetings and presentations.

  • (Desirable) Acting as a consultant on flexible benefits and technology platforms, supporting implementations, integrations and employee engagement.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Consultant, managing corporate schemes (ideally c.200 lives, up to c.1,500 lives).

  • Strong technical knowledge of group risk / healthcare products and possibly the wider employee benefits market.

  • Confident client manager with excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and long‑term relationships.

  • Commercially aware, comfortable working to revenue and retention targets and spotting cross‑sell opportunities.

  • Experience with flexible benefits and benefits technology platforms is desirable but not essential.
