As a Vice President in the Learning & Development team, you will work closely with colleagues in the UK and globally to ensure that training programs meet the needs of our EMEA-based clients while maintaining global consistency. You will develop strong relationships with HR Business Partners and Line of Business executives, serving as a training advisor and coach by staying current on best practices and business priorities.

As a Vice President in the Learning & Development team, you will work closely with colleagues in the UK and globally to ensure that training programs meet the needs of our EMEA-based clients while maintaining global consistency. You will develop strong relationships with HR Business Partners and Line of Business executives, serving as a training advisor and coach by staying current on best practices and business priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key EMEA Banking stakeholders, coordinating with team and global L&D colleagues.
- Needs Assessment: Identify training needs in partnership with HR Business Advisors, Talent Advisors, Training colleagues, and key Business Stakeholders.
- Communication: Keep Global Heads of Banking Learning, Talent, and other HR stakeholders informed of new initiatives.
- Program Design: Collaborate with subject matter experts and vendors to design training solutions, ensuring alignment with evolving business strategies and priorities.
- Program Facilitation and Delivery: Lead programs for audiences ranging from Analyst to Managing Director.
- Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training delivered against program objectives.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Partner with vendors to ensure successful delivery of technical, product, and professional training.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Experience in a client-focused environment with the ability to build strong relationships, including with senior business managers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a matrix environment.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop peers and colleagues.
- Track record of managing complex training initiatives or similar events.
- Proficiency in MS applications (Excel & PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in the banking industry or financial services.
- Familiarity with virtual and online training delivery methods.
- Ability to adapt training content to meet diverse learning needs.
