Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

  • Drive the product vision and support go-to-market strategies for the Samsung Ads data offering in Europe

  • Build a roadmap with clear timelines for delivering reporting and insights (R&I) products for agencies and advertisers, as well as internal users, across Samsung’s owned and operated inventory, 1P data, omnichannel solutions, and unique measurement & attribution capabilities

  • Gather requirements from our European clients, Sales teams and Ops teams, and translate them into clear product briefs for our Product & Engineering teams.

  • Deliver end-to-end R&I solutions for our customers, ensuring market readiness is achieved across all core workstreams, including Legal, Privacy, BD, Engineering and Product Marketing.

  • Identify key blockers in the delivery pathway, be it technical, legal or organisational, and think creatively and practically to resolve them.

  • Work closely with the Product Marketing team to communicate and onboard commercial teams onto new solutions and features, including market launches and supporting materials.

  • Coordinate with our Biz Ops, Ad Ops and Analytics & Insights teams to ensure products are ready for launch, including campaign activation, delivery, and reporting and insights 

  • Establish a measurement framework for product success and uptake by end-users and clients in Europe.

  • Work day-to-day within the Regional Product Management team in London, while aligning closely with the Product Managers in the Global P&E org

  • Work collaboratively with multiple business teams across North America, APAC and South Korea (Suwon), to build strong business cases, ensure global parity for our platform and products, while navigating the nuances in different European markets, such as privacy law, technical enablement, industry maturity, currency and language.

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • 8+ years in product management, with an emphasis on data, attribution and analytics. Preferably within advertising measurement, analytics, or martech.

  • Consistent record of delivering data products from concept to scale.

  • Experience in CTV, retail media, or cross-platform measurement environments is a plus

  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and clean room technologies.

  • Understanding of the mobile and CTV programmatic ecosystems, including supply side platforms (SSPs), ad exchanges, demand side platforms (DSPs), and integrations with DMPs is a plus

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with collaborators from various levels and backgrounds

  • Experience analysing data sets and giving guidance on usage to internal stakeholders and end-users to drive consumer outcomes.

  • Experience building verticalized product solutions, including customized offerings for different sectors (e.g. Entertainment, Gaming, Retail, Automotive and Finance) and the different metrics used to measure and evaluate ROI.

  • Experience working with tracking and attribution solutions, including the integration of third-party technologies across CTV, web and mobile environments, enabling the measurement of media exposure through to customer action and ROI.

  • Ability to prioritize according to quickest value delivered to the business, while maintaining long term strategic vision        

  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations and effectively communicating priorities and potential risks to provide smooth end-to-end project delivery

  • Experience leading product managers to achieve clearly defined strategic, operational and commercial goals for a business.

  • Experience thinking both strategically and tactically, and able to prioritize work for both yourself and other team members within an ambiguous and ever-changing environment.

What does success look like?

  • Launching successful R&I products in 2026 and beyond, allowing Samsung Ads to grow its European revenue, while enabling advertisers to grow their businesses in meaningful and outcomes-driven ways

  • Achieving measurable growth in adoption rates for the Samsung Ads platform in Europe, especially across our Reporting, Data Insights, Attribution and Audience Analytics features

  • Executing Global Annual solutions plan with European insights, finding solutions to address local challenges and removing potential blockers
