Role Summary

This role sits within the EMEA Demand Generation team and will be involved in projects across the region and globally. You will report to the EMEA Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager and work closely with the regional marketing teams across EMEA.


We are seeking a talented individual to join us on a 12 month FTC starting latest in January 2025.

What You Will Do

  • Be the EMEA champion for customer case studies – owning the end-to-end creation of case studies in some regions, while in other providing the process wrap around support and providing recommendations and guidance of how to maximise customer advocacy.
  • Own the content syndication strategy and execute campaigns across multiple regions to drive contact acquisition, lead nurture and demand creation. Monitor the campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, working alongside our SDR function to create effective follow-up.
  • Work with regional marketing leaders across EMEA on awareness programmes across external media agencies, ABX campaigns through 6sense and lead nurture.
  • Provide Project Management support to regional marketing managers and being the inter-departmental liaison between EMEA field marketing and paid media, marketing operations, design and legal.
  • Own the creation and delivery of multi-region demand generation marketing programmes (within EMEA or globally), such as campaigns and webinars.
  • As a member of the demand generation team support with the tracking, reporting and analysis of the key demand generation metrics for the EMEA region and sub-regions using Power BI.
  • Manage the execution of marketing activities to both Sophos end-users but also to and through the channel.
  • Work effectively as part of the Field Marketing team contributing to overall team success and suggesting improvements to maximise performance.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience and desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, B2B global organisation
  • Ability to implement and measure a marketing plan
  • Good understanding of and experience in all elements of the marketing mix
  • An aptitude for problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally, with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience of tracking and reporting on marketing activities using Power BI
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment 
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Marketing qualification CIM or equivalent (or working towards) is desirable

Special Condition: Requirement to work as part of global organisation and ability to flex hours to work across multiple time zones
