Your role:
As the Indirect Sales Operations Manager for EMEA – Travel Payments, you will manage the operations of an Indirect Sales Program targeted at small and medium travel agencies across the region, offering an efficient and streamlined payments solution designed specifically for their needs. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the final stages of the sales process whilst aligning with our issuing partners and our operations team – ensuring accurate data entry in Salesforce and other CRM tools, as well as maintaining administrative support to facilitate a smooth transition to active status.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Support: Help maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects, ensuring they are set up correctly for onboarding with our payment solution.
  • Sales Process Completion: Move prospects through the final steps of the sales channel, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and processing in CRM systems.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the customer success, implementation, finance, and product teams, as well as with external stakeholders, to transition clients seamlessly from prospect to active status.
  • Performance and Reporting: Deliver consistent updates on the progress of accounts, ensuring visibility and transparency for management. Capture all final sales activities in the CRM.
  • Sales Cycle Monitoring: Review the end-to-end sales cycle on a regular basis, looking at the full lifecycle of agencies from engagement to close. Identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement that could unlock additional value
  • Market Insight: Keep updated on market competitors and share insights on small and medium-sized travel agency needs within the industry to help us improve our offering.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in sales administration, with solid organizational skills and proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in accurately managing administrative tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborative team player.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of the travel industry or experience working with online and leisure travel agencies.
  • Understanding of virtual card usage in payment processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Excel.

Multilingual: English is required; Spanish or Italian is a plus
