A key focus of this role will be leading the regional renewals process, working closely with Sales Managers to identify upcoming renewals, prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and help drive renewals through to completion.

The goal is to facilitate the EMEA sales team’s administrative and commercial activities, maximise performance, and support continued sales growth. This position is based at our Nuneaton site and operates on a hybrid working model

The role offers strong learning and development opportunities, with exposure to international sales processes, customer engagement, and the broadcast technology industry. You will gain experience in the dynamic media and broadcast technology sector, supporting customers and partners across EMEA.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor sales activity and support pipeline management.
  • Coordinate sales activities with internal departments including finance, operations, and customer support.
  • Work collaboratively with the regional Sales Managers and wider EMEA sales team.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer and sales requests.
Requirements
  • Some experience in administration, customer service, sales support, or office coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Comfortable following up with customers and internal teams to drive actions to completion.
  • We are looking for someone eager to learn, proactive, organized, and ready to grow in a commercial environment.
