Our sales team is growing and we are looking for a Sales Engineering Team Leader.

As a Sales Engineering Team Leader at monday, you’ll play a critical role in helping our prospects understand the value of our platform. Through your deep product knowledge, expertise in how companies use and deploy SaaS applications, and objection handling in customer interactions, you’ll support our sales team with the sales processes.

We are looking at experienced individuals with leadership experience who would be able to establish the team’s methodologies, scale our team, and streamline our processes. You’ll be a strategic member of our leadership team working closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success.


About The Role:

  • As a presales leader, you will be required to have a deep understanding of our product's technical capabilities and inner workings.
  • You will have a pivotal role in crafting strategies for new products and managing team members specialized in them.
  • You will take part in demo meetings with prospects and will assist in crafting Sales Pitches and solutions for the Sales Team.
  • You will be required to assist in RFP responses and discussions regarding the security aspects of the platform.
  • You will assist in linking between sales and product as well as between sales and professional services.

Requirements

  • 4+ Experience leading Solution Engineering teams in SaaS.
  • Experience building a deeply skilled, diverse Solution Engineering team to capture share in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Experience driving and scaling success a SaaS environment.
  • Consistent recognition/awards for sales and customer success leadership and achievement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A deep technical curiosity for how IT systems work in a business context
  • Great communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
  • Business process mapping skills
  • Experience responding to technical questions and security requirements from customers
  • Exceptional teamwork capabilities
