As a regional Marketing Program Specialist for EMEA, you are a jack-of-all-trades. One day you’ll be working in Marketo executing an email program, and the next day you are setting up our booth at a conference. You’ll need to be well-versed in all program management capacities including - analysis, email execution, planning events, writing copy, entering data into Salesforce, and working with Sales. You need to be highly organized because you will juggle multiple projects and timelines, work through competing priorities, all the while working with your local Sales team, as well as, your extended Marketing team in the US.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Partner Marketing
  • Collaborate with in-region partners for campaign execution
  • Product Marketing
  • Content creation - ads, email copy, blogs, landing pages, webinar content
  • Sales enablement - sales flyers, presentations
  • Product Release Notes and Emails
  • Events
  • Negotiate contracts with event management companies
  • Coordinate booth design, messages, electrical set up, A/V, collateral, booth setup, staffing (including on-site attendance), etc
  • Lead collection and data entry into SFDC
  • Demand Generation Campaigns
  • Execute email, webinar, digital advertising, and direct mail campaigns
  • Expert knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, Zoom Webinars

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar Marketing role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized with great project management skills; ability to juggle multiple programs/priorities.
  • Expert Marketo (or equivalent) experience required; Marketo (or equivalent) certification required.
  • Ability to travel to events; approximately 25% travel
  • Experience with marketing tools such as online meetings (WebEx, GoTo Meeting), ABM (Demandbase), and CRM (salesforce.com) required.
  • Experience in EdTech highly desired.
  • Self-starter and proactive mindset, with a passion for building and driving process improvements.
  • Needs to be a problem solver.
  • Ability to develop or bring in program management tools and best practices is a huge plus.
  • This role will report to the Director, Demand Generation for Parchment Marketing
