We’re looking for an EMEA Marketing Manager to help drive regional demand, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue growth across the EMEA market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on B2B marketer who enjoys building high-impact programmes, collaborating closely with sales and partners, and using data, technology, and creativity to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute and optimise regional demand generation programmes across EMEA that drive pipeline for the direct sales organisation.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns, including:
    • Webinars
    • Digital marketing campaigns
    • Account-based marketing initiatives
    • Executive roundtables
    • Sponsored and owned events
    • Industry conferences
    • Develop and manage partner marketing programmes that enable existing and new partners to generate demand and accelerate pipeline.
    • Create and support partner marketing initiatives, including:
      • Co-marketing campaigns
      • Partner activations
      • Enablement resources
      • Campaign toolkits
      • Marketing collateral
      • Joint go-to-market initiatives
      • Measure, analyse, and optimise campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.
      • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to improve programme effectiveness and conversion across the funnel.
      • Collaborate closely with EMEA Sales, Channel, Business Development, and Global Marketing teams to align marketing plans with regional priorities.
      • Coordinate campaign execution across internal teams and external partners to maximise business impact.
      • Manage external agencies, event partners, and marketing suppliers to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–4 years of proven B2B SaaS marketing experience.
  • Experience in partner, channel, or field marketing is highly desirable.
  • Strong execution mindset with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of relevant AI tools that support:
    • Day-to-day marketing activities
    • Campaign delivery
    • Execution efficiency
    • Creative development
    • Campaign performance improvement
    • Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing software, including Salesforce, Pardot, or similar platforms.
    • Data-driven approach with the ability to:
      • Define, track, and report on ROI
      • Analyse campaign performance
      • Translate insights into practical recommendations
      • Excellent communication skills.
      • Confidence working cross-functionally with:
        • Sales
        • Product
        • Central marketing
        • External partners
        • Vendors
        • Agencies
