This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving global company at the center of live production innovation. As a temporary role, you will work closely with regional sales leaders and global marketing teams on high visibility launches, international tradeshows, and strategic regional initiatives across EMEA.

Location: EMEA Region, Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Event Leadership: Lead planning and execution of regional and international tradeshows, ensuring strong presence, branding, messaging alignment, and smooth activation. Coordinate vendor management, booth logistics, and regional event operations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Integrated Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns including content creation and customer communications, aligned with local EMEA market strategies.
  • Field & Digital Activation: Execute field marketing activities including emails, webinars, social media content and targeted digital activities within defined budgets.
  • Localization Ownership: Adapt and localize global marketing materials for EMEA markets to ensure regional relevance and accuracy.
  • Sales Alignment & Support: Participate in regional sales meetings and provide clear, value-focused marketing updates. Work closely with sales leaders and teams across regions and functions to drive business and marketing needs.
  • Case Study Development: Drive development and publication of regional customer case studies.
  • Activity Tracking & Reporting: Maintain structured tracking of regional marketing activities and performance reporting.
  • Travel Requirement: Occasional traveling for work may be required.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise or B2B tech environments.
  • Experience supporting multi-country regional marketing programs.
  • Proven field marketing and event execution background.
  • Experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns, including email marketing, landing pages, and paid digital campaigns.
  • Proven experience working closely with sales teams and aligning marketing initiatives with pipeline goals.
  • Advanced AI proficiency for content work: hands-on experience using AI tools as a core part of content production workflows.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills is a must.
  • Good familiarity with customer relationship management systems (especially Salesforce Pardot)
  • High proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills; ability to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, organized, proactive, collaborative.
