At Lookout, we believe the human layer is the new attack surface.

As employees rely on mobile devices to stay productive from anywhere, these endpoints have become the entry point for modern cyberattacks. Lookout’s AI-powered security platform is purpose-built to defend against today’s most dangerous threats—including phishing, social engineering, and account takeovers—targeting your people and the devices they trust.

From protecting against executive impersonation and SMS phishing to empowering SOC teams with real-time mobile threat intelligence, Lookout gives security teams the visibility and control they need to disrupt the modern kill chain.

About the Role

We’re seeking an EMEA Field Marketing Lead who combines strategic vision with flawless execution. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining and driving Lookout’s go-to-market success across Europe—translating corporate priorities into regional growth initiatives that build pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen our brand presence among CISOs, security leaders, and key partners. This role requires 30-40% travel across Western Europe.

This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced individual contributor—someone who can operate as the regional lead across Europe, shaping the marketing mix, influencing global strategy, and driving measurable outcomes in partnership with sales, channel, and product teams.

You’ll have autonomy to design, execute, and optimize regional programs that move the needle—whether that’s high-touch executive experiences, partner co-marketing plays, or driving a strategic presence at widely attended industry events. Success means owning the full funnel impact: from brand awareness to pipeline contribution.

What You’ll Do

Own Regional GTM Strategy

  • Translate global priorities into an actionable regional marketing plan aligned with EMEA revenue targets and account strategies.
  • Partner with sales leadership to shape territory-level plans, integrating events, ABM, partner marketing, and digital tactics for maximum pipeline impact.

Drive Pipeline and Influence

  • Lead integrated campaigns that connect thought leadership, executive engagement, and field activation.
  • Measure performance by pipeline contribution, conversion velocity, and ROI—not just leads or attendance.

Lead Regional Event & Experience Strategy

  • Oversee the regional event portfolio—from anchor conferences (e.g., it-SA, Les Assises) to bespoke executive programs and customer roundtables.
  • Ensure every engagement ladders up to strategic objectives, deepens relationships, and advances active opportunities.

Orchestrate Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Act as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, channel, and customer success to ensure unified messaging and seamless execution.
  • Influence global campaign design by bringing field insights and regional buyer intelligence to HQ.

Accelerate Partner Co-Marketing

  • Build joint go-to-market programs with key distributors, resellers, and technology partners to amplify reach and drive shared pipeline.

Own Measurement and Optimization

  • Manage regional budgets, pipeline attribution, and marketing performance metrics with rigor.
  • Continuously refine tactics based on data and field feedback to increase ROI and sales efficiency.
What You Bring
  • 8–10+ years of field marketing experience in B2B tech—preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
  • Track record of developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, with ability to influence deal progression through targeted marketing activities.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to build trust and alignment across leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Salesforce, Marketo (or equivalent), and marketing analytics for performance tracking and attribution.
  • Experience managing partner ecosystems and co-marketing programs across diverse geographies.
  • Highly autonomous, strategic operator—comfortable balancing high-level planning with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
