About the Role

As EMEA HPE Program Manager, you will lead complex onboarding initiatives across the region, ensuring seamless integration of new countries and operations into the HPE operating model. Acting as the central orchestrator, you will bring together cross-functional teams and drive projects from planning through execution, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with global governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding programs for new countries, entities, and operational transitions across EMEA
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service Delivery
  • Act as the primary liaison between country leadership and regional/global functional teams
  • Ensure full operational readiness across people, processes, systems, and governance before go-live
  • Drive risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution throughout the onboarding lifecycle
  • Partner with process and systems teams to enable configurations, testing, and adoption readiness
  • Champion continuous improvement and standardization of onboarding methodologies across the region
What You Bring

We are looking for a collaborative and results-driven program leader who thrives in complexity and brings structure, clarity, and influence to diverse stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Extensive experience in program or project management within multinational environments
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, systems, and governance frameworks (ideally HPE or similar)
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformation or onboarding initiatives
  • Advanced project planning, execution, and risk management capabilities
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in global technology or IT services environments
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar)
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, supply chain, and service delivery systems
  • Knowledge of EMEA regional operations and regulatory environments
