Job Description
Join our dynamic team as Firmwide EMEA Privacy Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our global privacy program. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a complex global organization, delivering cross-functional initiatives that drive compliance and innovation. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating privacy regulations and fostering a culture of data protection.
As an Executive Director- Firmwide EMEA Privacy Lead in the Firmwide Privacy Office, you will support the design and development of our privacy program. You will work closely with key stakeholders to implement privacy strategies that align with our firm's goals. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our privacy practices meet global standards and support our data-driven initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support projects to enhance the firm's privacy program.
  • Design and implement critical programs across multiple privacy domains.
  • Advise on privacy requirements for new initiatives.
  • Conduct and oversee privacy risk assessments.
  • Draft and manage governance documentation, including policies and procedures.
  • Conduct privacy maturity assessments and risk evaluations.
  • Develop privacy controls and deliver training programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in privacy program design and implementation.
  • Proven ability to advise on privacy requirements for new initiatives.
  • Experience with data protection impact assessments.
  • Knowledge of global privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Ability to work independently and manage relationships across functions.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in privacy at a financial institution.
  • Familiarity with the three lines of defense model.
  • Privacy certifications such as CIPP-E, CIPP-M and CIPP.
  • Understanding of AdTech and online tracking regulations.
