Job Description

Morgan's EMEA Equity Research team, where your expertise will empower institutional clients to make strategic investment decisions. As a Vice President within our European Luxury and Sporting Goods Equity Research Team, you should have a passion for analyzing both companies and thematic trends, and have established expertise in the Luxury sector. You will be a publishing analyst leading on a specific segment while working within our top-ranked team to develop and deliver insights to institutional clients.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead research and analysis on a specific segment within the Luxury and Sporting Goods sector.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and industry databases.
  • Produce thought-leading company, sector, and thematic reports.
  • Deliver stock and sector insights to institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Trading, and Trading teams globally.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Communicate complex issues clearly and concisely to colleagues and clients.
  • Stay updated on market developments and industry trends.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Background in Luxury, Sporting Goods, or Consumer sectors.
  • Experience in a top-ranked research team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for a team-focused environment where each individual's insight and expertise is valued.
  • Analytical approach to building and maintaining financial models.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to connect with a wide range of individuals and communicate clearly and concisely.


This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge, and competence, and approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority.
